1. Who we are
The data controller is Pegasus Relocation Services, 221 Eleonon Str., Strovolos 2048, Nicosia, Cyprus.
Email: [email protected] · Phone: +357 94 005057.
2. What data we collect
- When you fill in the form: name, phone, email (if you give it), from/to area, date, floor and lift, what you are moving, the services you need and anything you write in the notes.
- When you message us on WhatsApp, Viber or by email, or call us: your number or email and whatever you send us (for example photos).
- Technical data: like every website, the server logs the IP address, browser type, page and time. We use this for the website’s security and to block spam.
- Statistics and advertising: only if you allow it in the cookie notice (see section 7).
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To reply to your request, give you a quote and organise the move — steps before entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- For the website’s security and protection against abuse — legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- For visitor statistics and measuring our ads — consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To meet legal obligations, for example tax rules — legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Who sees your data
Only our team sees your data. To operate, we use trusted providers:
- a website hosting provider within the European Union;
- Google (Gmail), where we receive requests by email;
- WhatsApp or Viber, if you message us there — under their own terms;
- Google (Analytics, Ads), only if you consent to statistics or advertising.
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (for example Google, WhatsApp/Meta) may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Requests that did not lead to a move: up to 12 months.
- Customer details: as long as needed for the move and for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Server logs: for a limited period, for security reasons.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (www.dataprotection.gov.cy).
