Questions about the quote
Am I committed once I ask for a quote?
No. The quote is there so you know the cost. The move is only booked once we agree the date and what is included.
How quickly will I get an answer?
We reply as quickly as we can during our hours, Monday–Saturday 07:00–19:00. Requests sent on Sunday are answered on Monday.
Do you need to come and see the place?
For most moves, photos or a video are enough. For large homes or offices we can arrange a visit.
I do not know the date yet. Can I still ask for a quote?
Yes — tick “My date is flexible” and we will talk once you know it.
